2.3 Payments are accepted through Bank Transfer, Net Banking, UPI, Cheque, QR Code, Debit/Credit/Internal Cards, or Online Payment Gateway / Payment Link.

2.6 We accept all types of debit cards, credit cards, internal cards, and net banking, but all transaction charges imposed by banks or payment gateways are separate and will not be included in the quoted amount. The client is responsible for paying the additional charges.

2.7 All quoted amounts are exclusive of GST. Applicable CGST, SGST, CESS, and TDS will be charged extra as per government regulations.

2.8 Every invoice and every payment will clearly state that the payment is non-refundable, and this is also clearly mentioned on our website. Clients cannot claim otherwise or hold the company liable in any future legal process regarding the non-refundable nature of payments.

2.9 MLA Group of Companies operates in a transparent and professional manner, ensuring services are delivered by an experienced and qualified team.

3. Refund / Money Back Policy

3.1 Payments made toward any service, package, or membership are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and no requests for cancellation, refund, or chargeback will be accepted.
3.3 Changes in personal preferences or financial situations cannot be treated as grounds for a refund.
3.4 Our team maintains continuous communication and approvals with clients throughout the process.
